In case of refund, the amount shall be refunded to the User through the same mode that was used for making the payment of the Purchases. It may take 10-15 days for the amount to be refunded. If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid, a refund will be issued to account details provided by the User on verification. Money loaded into an e-wallet or prize money won in the tournament can be withdrawn to the choice of the user bank account on verification of account details provided by the user.
